A GraphicsFlow alternative
GraphicsFlow sells art approvals on their own. In Dyenzo, proofs and approvals are part of every order.
Where Dyenzo differs
- Proofs approved online, with reminders
- Combined approval of several proofs
- Comments with pictures
- An art calendar for the art team
GraphicsFlow in short
GraphicsFlow is an online art creation and approval platform for decorated apparel and promotional product shops. It does four things: art approvals sent online with comments and several recipients, cloud storage for art with tags and folders, a graphics library of vector templates, clip art and fonts with new designs each month, and an Art Portal that shares design ideas with customers. Staff can make basic text and colour edits in its own editor. GraphicsFlow is part of the Taivo group (formerly Inktavo), with Printavo, InkSoft and OrderMyGear.
How GraphicsFlow is priced (November 2026)
GraphicsFlow has three plans, Starter, Pro and Elite, priced monthly in US dollars by the number of team members, with unlimited art approvals on all three. Removing the GraphicsFlow logo, the larger graphics collection and the Art Portal come from Pro upwards. Extra team members, stock art downloads and storage are add-ons. There is no free trial, but there is a 15-day money-back guarantee, and plans are month to month. GraphicsFlow is currently available only in the US, with data in US data centres. See graphicsflow.com/pricing for current prices.

Where GraphicsFlow is strong
- A large, growing library of vector templates, clip art and fonts.
- An Art Portal that helps customers find a design idea.
- Unlimited approvals on every plan.
- Quick text and colour edits without opening design software.
Proofs as part of the order
When proofing lives in a separate tool, someone has to copy the approval back into the order and tell production. In Dyenzo, the proof belongs to the order. Customers approve from a link, without signing in. They can comment with a picture or a PDF, and approve several proofs in one go. Once the art is approved, the job moves on and Dyenzo makes the print files from the approved version, so the floor prints what the customer signed off.

Approval settings you control
- Reminders go out on their own while a proof waits.
- Ask for payment of the deposit before the customer can approve.
- Have a second person review each proof before it is sent.
- Send one proof at a time, or several together.
- Add your own approval types alongside the standard ones.
- Plan the art team's work on the art calendar.
Art that goes straight to production
Approved art feeds the rest of the shop. Print files come out at the right size for each method, DTF gang sheets are laid out from them, embroidery files are read for stitch count and size, and the proof sheet carries a barcode the floor can scan. Customers can find their designs again in your customer portal.

Who should keep GraphicsFlow
If you mainly want a big stock art library and an Art Portal to inspire customers, GraphicsFlow is built for that. If you want proofs tied to quotes, orders and production in one system, or you are a UK shop, Dyenzo covers it.
Facts about GraphicsFlow come from their own site and public reviews, checked in November 2026. Plans and prices change, so check their site for today's details.
Questions
Can customers approve proofs on a phone?
Yes. The proof link opens in any browser, on a phone or a computer, with no sign-in.
Does Dyenzo come with stock art?
Dyenzo has an art library for your own designs and templates, with categories and keywords. It does not include a third-party stock art collection.
