The service

Dyenzo is software for running a print and decoration business, sold by monthly or yearly subscription to businesses in the United Kingdom and the United States. It is provided by Zorixo Ventures Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15975548, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. These terms are between us and the business that opens the account ("you"). By opening an account you confirm you can accept them for that business. Dyenzo is for businesses, not consumers.

Plans and fees

Dyenzo is in early access. Plans, prices and the trial are set out on this page before anyone is asked to pay. We take no fee on your sales.

Your data, cancelling and deletion

Your business data stays yours. You can download all of it at any time from Reports, Exports, including after you cancel.

If you cancel, or your trial ends without a plan, only billing and the export work. We keep your data for 90 days and then delete it for good, with every file. We email the account owner and billing contacts when the date is set and again 14 days before it. Choosing a plan before that date keeps everything.

Your account and your staff

You choose who on your team can sign in and what each person may do. Keep sign-in details safe and turn on two-factor sign-in. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for telling us at [email protected] straight away if you think someone else has got in.

Acceptable use

Do not use Dyenzo to break the law, to sell goods that infringe someone else's trademark or copyright, to send spam, to upload malware, to try to reach another shop's data, or to put an unreasonable load on the service. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us.

Your customers and their data

For your customers' personal data you are the controller and we process it for you, as our privacy policy explains. We process it only on your instructions, keep it confidential, use only providers bound to the same duties, help you answer your customers' requests, and tell you without delay about any breach that affects it. You are responsible for your own website's policies, prices, taxes, refunds and the goods you make.

Services you connect

Stripe, accounting, shipping, tax, marketplace, Shopify and supplier connections are agreements between you and those providers. We pass data to them when you ask us to, and we are not responsible for their services or fees.

AI features

AI drafts, such as quote drafts, listing copy and artwork, are suggestions. Nothing they make reaches a customer until someone on your team approves it, and you are responsible for what you approve.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Dyenzo running at all times and do planned maintenance at quiet hours where we can. We improve the service often; if we remove something you rely on, we give you reasonable notice. We may change these terms; changes that matter are emailed to the account owner at least 30 days before they apply.

Intellectual property

Your data, artwork and designs stay yours; you give us only the rights we need to run the service for you. Dyenzo, its software and its content are ours.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited. Apart from that, neither side is liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for indirect loss, and each side's total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Billing. The subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for; we do not refund part periods unless the law requires it. We may end these terms if you seriously break them and do not put it right within 14 days of our notice.

Governing law

For accounts in the United Kingdom these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales decide disputes. For accounts in the United States they are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Delaware.
