Questions
Do you take a fee on my sales?
No. You pay the monthly subscription and nothing else. Card payments go straight into your own Stripe account; Stripe's own fees are between you and Stripe.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Move between suites, or up and down a size, as your shop changes. You keep all your data.
Can I buy one module on its own?
Talk to us and we will price the module you need. You can move to a suite or Dyenzo One later and keep all your data.
Will my price go up?
Not for 24 months from when you subscribe, as long as you stay subscribed.
Which countries do you support?
The United Kingdom and the United States.
What are AI credits?
Each AI draft, such as a quote drafted from an enquiry, uses credits. Your plan includes a number of credits each month.
