YoPrint in short
YoPrint is print shop management software that many shops see as good value. Even its Basic plan includes unlimited quotes and orders, price matrices, artwork and quote approval, a customer portal, barcode tracking and shipping labels through Shippo. It connects to garment catalogues from SanMar, Alphabroder, S&S Activewear, Delta Apparel and Momentec. If you run a small or mid-sized shop in the US and want solid order management at a fair price, YoPrint deserves a look.
How YoPrint plans are built (November 2026)
YoPrint has two plans, Basic and Pro, billed monthly or yearly, with yearly billing saving about 13%. Basic includes one user and Pro includes five; extra users cost a monthly fee each. Pro adds real-time vendor stock and pricing, purchase orders and inventory, automatic sales tax, QuickBooks Online, Shopify (beta) and Zapier, custom permissions, reports and data export. There is a free 14-day trial with no card, no contract and no transaction fee. See yoprint.com/pricing for current prices.

Where Dyenzo goes further
YoPrint is focused on the order desk and production. Dyenzo adds the ways orders come in. Build your shop's website with the website builder, open team, school, company and fundraising stores, and let customers design their own garments in the 2D designer or a full team kit in the 3D kit designer. Shopify orders and marketplace orders from Etsy, Amazon, eBay and TikTok Shop come into the same order list, priced by your own grids.

Team stores that close into one batch
Stores open and close on the minute. When a store closes, every paid order becomes one production batch with a worksheet, a pull sheet of blanks by size, a packing list and box labels. Player packs let a club sell a full kit with one name and number. Fundraising amounts are fixed on each order and payouts to the club are recorded. The organiser sees orders, sizes and money raised in your customer portal.

Built for the UK as well as the US
Dyenzo works in pounds or dollars. UK VAT is worked out on every quote, order and invoice, zero-rated children's sizes included, and invoices carry your VAT number. UK garment suppliers such as Ralawise and BTC Activewear are among the supplier feeds. US shops get US sales tax through TaxJar, with exemption certificates recorded on the customer.
Who should stay on YoPrint
If you are a US shop that sells by quote and walk-in orders, with no online stores or website to run, YoPrint is good value and may be all you need. If you want stores, a designer and your website in the same system, or you trade in the UK, Dyenzo covers that.
Facts about YoPrint come from their own site and public reviews, checked in November 2026. Plans and prices change, so check their site for today's details.
