Selling custom merch without the copy and paste

Custom merch sells in many places at once: your own merch store, a pop-up for a gig or launch, a brand's Shopify store and the big marketplaces. The trouble starts when each channel has its own orders, its own prices and its own spreadsheet. Dyenzo puts every channel into one system. Orders arrive priced, with the design attached, and go to production in the same way however they were sold.

Step 1: your own merch store

Build your website with the Dyenzo website builder on your own domain. Customers browse your products, design their own with the online designer, or buy ready-made designs. Prices come live from your price grids, and checkout takes card payments into your own Stripe account.

Step 2: pop-up stores for drops and events

Open a pop-up store for a tour, a product launch or a one-weekend drop, with its own address, its own dates and a countdown. Hold orders until it closes and print the whole run as one batch, or send each order to production as it is paid. Clone it for the next drop.

Step 3: product pictures made for you

Put a design on a product and Dyenzo draws the mockups in every colour you offer, front and back. The same pictures go on your website, your stores and your marketplace listings, so you never shoot or edit a flat lay for each colour.

Step 4: Shopify and marketplaces

Brands that already sell on Shopify install the Dyenzo app and link their store to your shop. Their paid orders come to you priced at their level, and tracking goes back when you ship. You can also list your own designs on Etsy, Amazon, eBay and, in the US, TikTok Shop. Orders are pulled in every 15 minutes and tracking is sent back per parcel.

Step 5: one production queue

Every order, whichever channel it came from, is a normal Dyenzo order. Print files are made from the approved design, DTF transfers go onto gang sheets, and jobs move across one production board. Purchase orders for blanks are raised from what the orders need.

Step 6: ship and report

Buy labels, send tracking, and see sales by channel in your reports. Marketplace sales tax that the marketplace collects stays off your order, and UK VAT inside the price is split out for you.

Who custom merch stores are for

Bands, podcasts, creators, small brands, venues and events all need merch, and few of them want to hold stock. A merch store run on Dyenzo lets you print to order, so nothing sits on a shelf. Your client promotes the store, the orders come to you, and you print what sold. For your own designs, the same setup lets you test a new idea on a pop-up or a marketplace before you print a single piece.

Keeping prices right on every channel

Every channel is priced from the same price grids. Your website and stores use the price levels you set. Shopify orders are priced at the merchant's own level and discount, never from the price on their Shopify store. Marketplace listings are priced from your grids plus a markup you choose for each listing. When you change a blank cost or a grid, the new price follows everywhere.

Questions

Who owns the customer on a Shopify order?

The Shopify merchant does. You make and ship the order, and Shopify only emails their customer if the merchant has that turned on.

Can I write listings with AI?

Yes. Dyenzo can draft listing copy from your own product details. Nothing goes live until a person approves it.

Can I set different prices on marketplaces?

Yes. Each listing is priced from your grids at the price level you choose, plus a markup for that listing.
