InkSoft in short

InkSoft calls itself an e-commerce platform for custom branded merchandise. Decorators know it for online stores for teams, schools, fundraisers and businesses, and for its online product designer. InkSoft is part of Taivo, the group formerly called Inktavo, which also owns Printavo, GraphicsFlow and, since 2025, OrderMyGear. InkSoft says its platform stays the same under the new parent name. If your shop sells mostly through online stores in the US, InkSoft is a long established choice.

InkSoft pricing (November 2026)

InkSoft no longer shows a price list of its own. Its pricing address now redirects to OrderMyGear's pricing page, which sells store licences, hosting and fees by store type. To get an InkSoft price you need to talk to their sales team. If you are comparing costs, ask them for the monthly fee, any licence or setup fee, and whether any fee is charged on your store sales, so you can compare like with like.

  • Part of a group that also sells shop management, art approval and store software.

One system instead of several

If your stores run in one system and your production and invoicing in another, you keep two logins and two sets of customers, and orders have to move between them. Dyenzo puts the website, the stores, the designer, quotes, proofs, production, purchasing and invoices in one system. A store order is a normal order the moment it is paid. When the store closes it becomes one production batch, with a worksheet, a pull sheet of blanks by size and a packing list.

The designer, in 2D and 3D

Dyenzo's 2D designer runs on your website and inside stores. Customers add text, upload art or pick from your art library, and see the price change as they design. Each decoration method sets its own rules, such as a thread colour limit for embroidery or a minimum text size, so customers cannot order something you cannot make. For sublimated teamwear, the 3D kit designer lets a club design a full kit on a 3D garment, with colours, patterns, names and numbers, and produces print-ready panel files for each size.

Stores that run themselves

  • Open and close each store on the minute, with a countdown on the store page.
  • Make a store public, password protected or for signed-in company members only.
  • Sell player packs with one name and number for the whole kit.
  • Add a fundraising amount per item and record payouts to the club.
  • Give organisers a portal view of orders, sizes and money raised.
  • Bill a company once for every order in its store.

Moving from InkSoft

Export your customers, products, orders and art from InkSoft, then upload the files to Dyenzo's import screen. Dyenzo checks every row first and shows what it will create before anything changes. Past orders come in as history with their original totals. Orders still open can come in as live orders, so they go through production and invoicing in Dyenzo. Imported art goes into your art library.

Who should stay on InkSoft

If your stores work well, your production system is settled, and you trade only in the US, there may be no reason to move. If you want stores and the whole shop in one place, or you sell in pounds with VAT, Dyenzo is built for that.

Facts about InkSoft come from their own site and public reviews, checked in November 2026. Plans and prices change, so check their site for today's details.
