shopVOX in short
shopVOX is shop management software for sign, print and apparel businesses. It handles pricing, quotes, online proofing, job management and invoicing, and it syncs with accounting packages. It is popular with sign shops, and it can price by square foot as well as by piece. shopVOX comes in two plans, Express for smaller shops and PRO for larger ones, with a set of paid add-ons. If your shop makes signs, banners and vehicle wraps as well as garments, shopVOX is built for that mix. Dyenzo is built only for decorated apparel and teamwear, so it goes deeper on garments, stores and the online designer.
How shopVOX plans are built (November 2026)
shopVOX prices each plan as a base fee for the shop plus a fee for each user. Express has no onboarding fee and a free 14-day trial. PRO adds sales leads and CRM, advanced integrations and premium support, with onboarding packages and a demo with an account manager rather than a trial. Several features are add-ons with their own monthly fee: e-commerce (priced per 100 orders, with a setup fee), inventory management (with a setup fee and training), webhooks, multi-currency, service jobs and others. Express includes QuickBooks Online, Xero and, for the UK and Ireland, Sage One. Prices are in US dollars for North American accounts. See shopvox.com/pricing for current figures.

Built only for garments
A general print shop system has to cover every kind of job. Dyenzo starts from the garment. Every product has colours and sizes, and every order line is a size run. Price grids work out each line from the quantity, the number of colours, the print location and the stitch count. Supplier feeds bring in blanks, costs and stock from S&S Activewear, SanMar, BTC Activewear, Ralawise and others, and staff are warned when a size has fewer in stock than the quote asks for. Each decoration method has its own rules for art, sizes and colours, with ready-made settings for DTF and other common methods.

Stores, website and designer in the box
In shopVOX, selling online is an add-on. In Dyenzo it is part of the system. Build your shop's website with the website builder, then open team, school, company and fundraising stores as sub-sites. Customers can design their own garments in the 2D designer, or build a full team kit in the 3D kit designer, and the order arrives with print-ready files. Shopify orders and marketplace orders from Etsy, Amazon, eBay and TikTok Shop come into the same order list.

Names, numbers and team kit
Teamwear orders come with rosters. Dyenzo keeps each player's name, number and size with the design on the order, so the print files carry the right name for each piece. Player packs let a club sell a shirt, shorts and socks as one item under a player's name. Sublimated kits made in the 3D kit designer produce graded panel files for each size, so the floor does not redraw anything.
Production for a decorating floor
Each order splits into jobs by decoration method, or by print location if you prefer. Jobs move across a production board by stage, and the production calendar shows what each station has booked against its minutes per day. Print a job ticket with a barcode, and scan it with a USB scanner or a phone camera to move the job on. DTF gang sheets are laid out for you from the approved art, and DST and EXP embroidery files are read for stitch count, size and a preview in your thread colours.
UK shops
Dyenzo was built for UK and US shops from the start. UK VAT is worked out on every quote, order and invoice, including zero-rated children's sizes. Prices are in pounds, paperwork can print on A4, and UK suppliers such as Ralawise and BTC Activewear are among the supplier feeds. A US shop gets US sales tax through TaxJar and US Letter paperwork.
Who should stay on shopVOX
If a large part of your work is signs, banners, wraps or installs, shopVOX covers that and Dyenzo does not aim to. If your work is garments, team kit and online stores, Dyenzo is shaped around it.

Questions
Is Dyenzo priced per user like shopVOX?
Dyenzo is a monthly subscription. Dyenzo is in preview, so contact us for current terms.
Does Dyenzo do sign and banner pricing?
Dyenzo can price by area for methods such as large format, with a rate per area and a minimum per piece. It is built for garments first, so a sign-only shop may be better served elsewhere.
Does Dyenzo include an online store?
Yes. The website builder, checkout and team, company and fundraising stores are part of Dyenzo, not an add-on.
Can I get webhooks without an add-on?
Yes. Dyenzo has a public API and webhooks, signed so your server can check each one came from Dyenzo.
