Teesom in short
Teesom is shop management software for screen printing, DTG, DTF, embroidery and heat press businesses. It is strong on production and purchasing. It checks vendor stock and pricing before you buy, offers three price options to a customer based on the turnaround date, and has a job board, task lists and a drag and drop calendar. Customers get a portal to check order status, pay and message the shop. It connects to SanMar, S&S Activewear and AlphaBroder, and you can upload other catalogues in a supported format.
How Teesom is priced (November 2026)
Teesom prices by the number of users only, and says every feature is included in every plan. You can pay monthly or yearly, and yearly saves 15%. There is also a free plan for one user, capped at 20 new orders a month. Multi-user paid plans come with a full refund within 60 days if you are not happy. Prices are in US dollars. See teesom.com/pricing for current figures.

Where Dyenzo goes further
Teesom runs the shop behind the counter. Dyenzo also runs the front of the shop. Build your website with the website builder, open team, school, company and fundraising stores, and let customers design their own products online. Shopify orders and marketplace orders from Etsy, Amazon, eBay and TikTok Shop come into the same order list as your quotes, priced by your own grids.

Production and purchasing side by side
Like Teesom, Dyenzo is built around getting jobs out the door. Orders split into jobs on a production board, scheduled on a calendar against each station's minutes per day. Job tickets carry barcodes for scanning on the floor. Purchase orders for blanks are raised from the jobs that need them, grouped by supplier, and received in full or in part. Staff are warned when a supplier has fewer of a size in stock than a quote asks for.

For UK shops
Dyenzo was built for UK and US shops. Quotes, orders and invoices work in pounds with UK VAT, zero-rated children's sizes included. UK garment suppliers such as Ralawise and BTC Activewear are among the supplier feeds, and paperwork can print on A4 for UK customers and US Letter for US ones.
Who should stay on Teesom
If you are a small US shop that wants deep production control at a low cost, and you sell by quote rather than through stores or a website, Teesom is a sensible choice. If you want stores, a designer and a website in the same system, or you trade in the UK, Dyenzo covers that.
Facts about Teesom come from their own site and public reviews, checked in November 2026. Plans and prices change, so check their site for today's details.
