A customer portal for print shops

Every print shop knows the emails. "Where is my order?" "Can you send the invoice again?" "What did we order last year?" The Dyenzo customer portal answers them before they are sent. It sits on your own website and domain, in your branding, and shows each customer their own quotes, orders, designs and invoices in one place.

Signing in without a password

Customers sign in with a link or a code sent to their email, so there is no password to forget. Customers who want more security can turn on a second step with an authenticator app, with one-time recovery codes in case they lose their phone. If a customer gets locked out, staff can reset the second step from their record.

What a customer can do

  • See what needs them now: quotes to accept and artwork proofs to approve.
  • Open any quote or order, with its status and the tracking link for every parcel sent.
  • Order something again in one click. You get a new quote at today's prices to check and send.
  • See their saved designs from your online designer.
  • Download files you have shared on an order.
  • Request a quote, with the details you need.

Invoices and payments in the portal

The account holder, or a company's approver or finance contact, sees every invoice and statement. They can pay the whole statement or part of it by card, oldest invoice first, spend account credit they hold, and save or replace the company card for future orders. Receipts are there too, so nobody needs to ask for a copy.

Pages for team store organisers

The coach, club secretary or school contact who runs a team store signs in to see their stores. They see the orders, the sizes of each item to hand out, the players, and money raised for fundraising stores, and can download the orders as a CSV. Buyers' email addresses, phone numbers and home addresses are never shown to them.

Settings that matter

SettingWhat it does
Sections Choose which of orders, designs, invoices and quote requests customers see
Branding The portal uses your website theme and domain
Private invoice links Invoice links stop working after a few days unless signed again
Second sign-in step Customers may turn it on; staff can reset it

See it as your customer does

Staff with the right permission can open the portal as a customer for 30 minutes to help on the phone. It is read-only for money and sign-in details, every view is recorded on the customer's record, and a banner shows it is a staff view.

Quote requests that land in the right place

A quote request from the portal, or from a form on your website, finds the customer if you already have them, or adds them if you do not. The customer gets a thank-you email and your team gets an alert, so the request is answered quickly. Spam is thrown away, not added to your customer list.

Company accounts

For a business or school with several buyers, each person signs in with their own email. Buyers see their own orders, while the approver and finance contacts see the company's invoices and statements and pay them. That keeps money in the hands of the people who handle it.

Questions

Do customers need to create an account?

No. Anyone you have as a customer can sign in with the link or code sent to their email.

Can I hide invoices from some contacts at a company?

Yes. Only the account holder or the company's approver and finance contacts see the company's invoices and statements.

Is the portal on my domain?

Yes. It sits on your website, on your own domain, in your theme.
